Managing your social media presence takes work: lots of it.

It can be tricky enough to balance just Twitter amongst your day-to-day duties, but add in Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest – and more – and suddenly you’re in a world of pain.

Thankfully, a wealth of social media management tools have been created to address this very problem, but how do you know which ones are right for you, and your company?

LeadSift have collated their findings in this infographic, which looks at the social tools and platforms being used by Fortune 100 brands.
