Former Facebook DC-er Andrew Noyes joins Adam Conner at Brigade

image-3Well known throughout Washington circles, former Facebook-er Andrew Noyes joined Napster co-founder Sean Parker’s new startup Brigade as VP of Communications earlier this month. Brigade works to make civic engagement easy, effective, and enjoyable, with the hopes that in so doing, political power can be restored back to the people. It recently acquired a controlling stake in Philotic, the company that owns Causes, and thus political advocacy startup Votizen, which Philotic acquired in early 2013.

Noyes, most recently with Uber, was Facebook’s third DC employee, alongside Adam Conner, Brigade’s VP of Politics and Facebook’s first DC employee.
