On this week’s list of emerging Facebook games, most of the top spots went to non-English language games on the social network. Goodsgame’s Italian-language soccer sim Fantacalcio took the No. 1 spot with 31,472 monthly active users, a 170 percent gain.
DigitalFun’s Fanta Serie A, another Italian-language soccer game, came in at No. 2 with 31,115 MAU for a 165 percent increase. IGG’s Indonesian version of Galaxy Online II placed at No. 3 with 30,000 MAU, up 50 percent. Russian developer Drimmi’s (English-language) Dynasty came in at No. 4 with 20,000 MAU for a 33 percent gain. Finally, the Turkish-language version of IGG’s Galaxy Online II took the No. 5 spot with 20,000 MAU for a 67 percent increase.
Traffic gain percentages were impressive this week. A total of eight games showed gains larger than 50 percent, including the four mentioned above. Funtank’s Chef Quest grew by 16,626 MAU for a 124 percent increase. East Side Games’s I Like Slots was up by 16,626 MAU for a 284 percent increase. VNG’s Gunny took in 10,420 MAU for a 109 percent gain. Finally, Game Insight’s Lords of Atlantis was up 10,002 MAU for a 50 percent increase.
