It was a foodie paradise Wednesday as New York’s great chefs gathered at Tom Colicchio’s Craft restaurant for Food & Wine‘s Top Chef D.C. finale party. Noted toques like Eric Ripert, Jonathan Waxman, Scott Conant, Marcus Samuelsson, Masaharu Morimoto all came to see who would be crowned this season’s winner.
