Flipboard Launches for Android Tablets
Popular reader was previously only available on phones
Just in time for the holiday gadget rush, the popular social reader Flipboard announced today that it is rolling out its app in the Google Play store for Android tablet users.
The company cites growing demand from the Android tablet community and the sophisticated evolution of Android tablet products in recent months as the reason for the tablet app. Flipboard will be available on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Tab series, Nexus 10, and on readers like the Kindle Fire and Nook tablets.
