No Logging Into Flickr Via Facebook After June 30

Yahoo is continuing its move away from allowing users of its services to log in with Facebook and Google, announcing in an email to users of its Flickr photo-sharing service that Facebook and Google user IDs will no longer be accepted after June 30, The Next Web reported.

Following that date, Flickr users will be required to establish Yahoo accounts in order to log into the service.

Yahoo first announced its move away from third-party logins such as Facebook and Google in March, saying that sign-in buttons from Facebook and Google would be removed from all of its properties, without specifying a timetable.
