Firebrand Acquires eBook Architects
Technology services company Firebrand Technologies has acquired the eBook design services company eBook Architects in a deal whose terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings eBook formatting and design to Firebrand’s suite of digital publishing services. Firebrand also offers services for digital book cover distribution, e-commerce and digital title transfers. In addition, the company also owns eBook distribution company NetGalley.
The eBook Architects brand will stay alive under the Firebrand umbrella, and the company’s staff will continue working from their existing office in Austin, TX. eBook
