FIFA Preps for World Cup with New App
FIFA released an app for iOS and Android just ahead of next week’s the final drawing that will determine who plays who in the 2014 World Cup.
The app features live scores and standings, news, photos and video highlights. It also promises to let fans follow the final draw action live from the app.
The World Cup, a once-every-four-years global soccer, or football, tournament, is the world’s most watched sporting event. The final game of last World Cup had more than 700 million viewers.
