Feds Add Two Complaints Against Santa Barbara News-Press

The Santa Barbara Independent has alerted us to two new complaints by the National Labor Relations Board against the Santa Barbara News-Press, a paper we’re astounded to learn has not yet been driven to the ground by publisher Wendy McCaw(ful).

The first complaint is that the newspaper’s attorney David Millstein engaged in an unfair labor practice when he and accountant Norman Colavincenzo stopped a meeting between N-P reporters, Teamster reps and advertisers in February.

The second complaint is against management for allegedly videotaping labor rallies.
