Facebook’s “awesome” announcement is scheduled for this Wednesday at the Palo Alto headquarters, not Seattle as previously reported by other media outlets.
Possible announcements could include one or more of the following:
- Some form of broadcast video product, possibly through a partnership with Netflix or another vendor.
- A Facebook application for the iPad, possibly through a partnership with a vendor.
- A photo-sharing Facebook application for the iPhone and possibly other mobile devices.
