Scheduling, Loyalty Program Unite In Facebook Tab

Social loyalty platform SocialGuides penciled online appointment scheduler Schedulicity onto its schedule, announcing that it will integrate the service into its loyalty tab on Facebook.

Social loyalty platform SocialGuides penciled online appointment scheduler Schedulicity onto its schedule, announcing that it will integrate the service into its loyalty tab on Facebook.

Schedulicity provides online appointment scheduling for small businesses, and it will join other functions under the SocialGuides Facebook loyalty tab, including customer-generation and lead-generation tools.

Michigan-based beauty-supply company Marlo Beauty Supply will become the first company to take advantage of the partnership, as Schedulicity and SocialGuides are teaming up on a Social Salon Package, which will enable Marlo to launch marketing campaigns, create content, and schedule appointments, all from the same platform.

The three packages offered by SocialGuides to small businesses — Plus, Pro, and Platinum — provide access to data, deals, fan activity, and, in the more expensive packages, social deals and social listings.

Schedulicity — which reached an agreement with L’Oreal in April allowing it to book salon appointments directly via Facebook — said it has booked more than 6 million appointments to date, in over 1,900 cities in the U.St. and Canada.
