Google, Intuit, Apple, Intel, Adobe, Pixar, and Lucasfilm are the subject of a civil suit. The companies are criticized for allegedly keeping wages lower by agreeing not to poach employees from each other.

Facebook is not involved in the lawsuit, but CNET reports that Sandberg may be asked to take the stand, as her employment agreement with Google is one of six documents the company offered to the court.
