According to AllThingsD, Facebook is testing a new app for celebrities to manage their accounts. While many celebrities have agencies or representatives manage their Facebook presence, some like to take a hands-on approach and post behind-the-scenes photos or videos.

This app would make the experience easier for celebrities, who can cut through the clutter and engage fans in a more effective way.
