Facebook users no longer have to leave the social network to attend to their hunger pains.
Facebook announced Friday morning that it teamed up with several delivery services and restaurant chains to launch the ability to order food for pickup or delivery directly via the social network, through its iOS and Android applications, as well as desktop.
The feature had been spotted in testing, on both desktop and mobile, as early as May.
Vice president of local Alex Himel announced in a Newsroom post that the feature is launching throughout the U.S.
