Facebook Marketing Partner Sprinklr Acquires Get Satisfaction

Sprinklr announced recently the acquisition of online community consumer platform Get Satisfaction, which will help Sprinklr extend its Experience Cloud product into multi-channel customer care.

Unlike Mick Jagger, Facebook Marketing Partner Sprinklr was able to Get Satisfaction. Sprinklr announced recently the acquisition of online community consumer platform Get Satisfaction, which will help Sprinklr extend its Experience Cloud product into multi-channel customer care.
