Facebook hires: gaming account manager, research scientist, risk analyst, Chinese language specialist and more
Facebook appears to have made about 20 hires this week based on LinkedIn activity and listings that have been removed from its careers page. The company also promoted a few employees.
New hires and promotions according to LinkedIn:
- Mark Teo, APAC Gaming Account Manager – former senior manager of Google mobile advertising/AdMob at Google
- Kedar Bellare, Research Scientist – former scientist at Yahoo
- Cristina DeWitt is now Risk Analyst – former Product Management Intern at Zayo Group
- Bennett Woo is now Risk Team Lead – promoted from advertising fraud investigator at Facebook
- Abe Land is now Software Engineer – promoted from software engineering intern at Facebook
