Facebook: Here's How to Stop Auto-Play Videos on Mobile

Users can prevent clips from automatically playing

By default, Facebook will automatically play videos as users come across them in the Facebook mobile application. However, users have the option to stop videos from automatically playing.

Step 1: Tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap “Settings & privacy.”
