Did You Know how to answer these questions?

Facebook recently introduced a feature called Did You Know, which allows users to type responses to stock prompts such as, “My hidden talent is …” and “Mondays make me feel like …” If you’d like to respond to some of these prompts yourself, our guide will show you how to access the Did You Know feature.

Note: These screenshots were captured in the Facebook application on iOS.

Step 1: Near the top of your Facebook home feed, tap, “What’s on your mind?” to begin creating a new status update.

Step 2: Scroll through the list of options at the bottom of the screen, and tap “Answer a Question” at the bottom of the list.

Step 3: If you want to respond to the first prompt you receive, tap “[Your Name], add your answer” at the bottom of the screen. If you want a different prompt, tap “New Question.” You can continue tapping New Question until you see a prompt you’d like to respond to. When that happens, tap “[Your Name], add your answer” to move to the next screen.

Step 4: Tap “Add your answer” to type your response.

Step 5 (Optional): If you’d like, tap one of the colorful squares at the bottom of the screen to change the look of your post. You can also add extra elements to your post, such as pictures or tags, before sharing it.
