Exploratorium's New iPad App Explores How Sound Works

The free app, called Sound Uncovered, is essentially an interactive book that lets you experiment with audio recordings to experience auditory illusions and acoustic phenomena. The reader is invited to make recordings, test their hearing, and experience how the eyes can hear and how the ears can see.

This is the second app from the San Francisco museum.
