Eric Korsh Tapped for New Mashable Division

Broadcast vet will divide his time between New York and Los Angeles to run Mashable Studios.

As tipped this morning to our sister publication The Hollywood Reporter, Mashable executive editor Jim Roberts and chief strategy officer Adam Ostrow have a talented new charge. Eric Korsh (pictured) has been hired to lead Mashable Studios, a new division that will create both editorial and sponsored video content.

From the announcement:

The creation of Mashable Studios represents the company’s latest investment in expanding its premium video content offerings since raising its $17 million Series B round in January.
