Edelman on Google and PR


In his latest blog post, Edelman CEO Richard Edelman shares compelling notes from a conversation he had with Jeff Levick, Vice President of Industry Development and Marketing, Americas for Google.

Among other topics, Levick said that PR should look at changing its compensation model. “He suggested we consider experimenting with performance based models that deliver “eyeballs” and sales, which are increasingly popular with ad agencies. We often do not get credit for the value we provide,” wrote Edelman.
