Duran to The Deal

Nicole Duran has been hired The Deal to cover Congress from the pub’s Washington bureau.  Duran was most recently the lead editor of the quarterly reports to Congress from the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program and a freelancer. She has worked at Roll Call, Congressional Quarterly, American Banker and for a number of daily newspapers.
