Dresner Acquires The IR Company
Dresner Corporate Services, an IR and PR comms firm, has acquired The Investor Relations Company (IRC), an IR firm specializing in small-cap and mid-cap companies.
Sherwood Lee Wallace, CEO of IRC, will become a senior consultant at Dresner, focused on microcap companies, alternative investments, and community banks. Wallace founded IRC in 1982.
Dresner is a Chicago-based firm with ties to Dresner Partners, a middle market investment bank.
