PleasePoach.me (yes, that is their logo pictured here) lets people sign up anonymously, post a short bio, and hope that other companies will find the profile and steal them away from their current jobs.
PleasePoach.me swears your data is anonymous, and the service is free to jobseekers, and fairly cheap for recruiters. Seems a little heavy on the startup/developer side but it’s worth a shot.
