Just 5 Percent of Doctors Use Twitter for Professional Purposes [STUDY]

If you’re getting worried about that rash that just won’t go away, it’s probably not worth tweeting your doctor about it, as a new study has revealed that just one in 20 U.S. physicians use Twitter for professional purposes, reports MedData Group.

You might be thinking that no credible medical professional would use social media for work, but you’d be wrong, as around one-third (32 percent) use LinkedIn, 21 percent use Facebook and 10 percent use Google+.
