At an AEI event today on what they see as the media’s failure to include other perspectives on the war in Iraq, they include absolutely no journalists on their panel?
And speaking of things that don’t make sense, Slate’s Eric Umansky picks up on an interesting tidbit while surfing today’s papers:
USAT reports on government-made flashcards to help potential citizens learn about the U.S. Question 80 asks, “Name one right or freedom guaranteed by the First Amendment.” Freedom of speech, religion, assembly and the right to petition thegovernment all make the list. You know what’s missing?
