Digital NYT, I’ll Take That To Go

Former New York Press editor Jeff Koyen has an interesting piece on Wired‘s Web site today about the soon-to-be-released New York Times standalone digital edition called “Times Reader.” Still being tested, the new version will provide something similar to the paper experience, writes Koyen, but with more interactivity. What it does best: “Stories are presented clearly and with priority; artwork aids both design and context. Section heads are customizable, and clicking on them feels as natural as thumbing through the paper on the subway.”
