Dell Streak 5 (the un-tablet) owners in the U.S. and Canada (AT&T & Rogers networks) can now upgrade their device to the previous Android OS 2.2 release. The current Android OS smartphone version is 2.3 while most new Android tablets will ship with Android OS 3.0
