DC Vote rallied 150 Washingtonians to the cause of equal representation for DC residents
Atop the NAR Building overlooking the Capitol, DC Vote rallied 150 Washingtonians to the cause of equal representation for DC residents. The advocacy organization’s second annual 3 Star Ball honored DC United and its head coach Ben Olsen for their support in the fight for full democracy in the District.
“It’s been great to work with DC Vote, and I’m all for equality for D.C.” said Olsen, following his acceptance of the Democracy All Star Award. “It’s a great time to be part of the District. It’s been my home for a long time, I’m raising a family here, and I’m proud of D.C.
