David Perla to Join Bloomberg BNA Legal as President
David Perla was today named president of Bloomberg BNA Legal, effective July 21. In this role, he will grow its legal, legislative, and regulatory news and analysis and the Bloomberg Law legal and business intelligence research system.
Perla most recently served as chairman and CEO of Matterhorn Transactions, a Web-based legal and financial information services provider, and as co-founder and managing director of 1991 Ventures. He is a co-founder and former co-CEO of Pangea3, a legal process outsourcing provider.
