The Huffington Post’s politics managing editor Amanda Terkel today announced to staff in a memo that Dana Liebelson will join the bureau in October to cover tech policy and politics.
“Many of you are likely familiar with her work for Mother Jones and Marie Claire, where she has covered everything from politics to tech policy to sweatshops and human rights,” wrote Terkel. “She has written on the intersection of tech and privacy, the exploitation of girls in India’s clothing industry, investigated how major tech companies and the government use artificial intelligence to understand Americans’ data.”
HEY GUYS! Big job announcement from me—I’m moving to the @HuffingtonPost!
