CQ Roll Call Promotes Adriel Bettelheim to Newly Created Role

He'll have a hand in both CQ and Roll Call.

CQ Roll Call’s Adriel Bettelheim gets a promotion to a role new in the organization, that of managing editor for leadership and enterprise.

In his new role, Bettelheim will have a hand in both the CQ and Roll Call portions of the organization, both of which Bettelheim has worked for in the past, heading up the money and influence team at Roll Call and serving as managing editor for health at CQ News, his most recent position.

“He combines great knowledge of Congress with grace under pressure and a willingness to jump in and help when asked — a skill set that results in our best work,” write chief content officer David Ellis, CQ news director Steve Komarow and Roll Call EIC Melinda Henneberger in a memo to staff.

That congressional knowledge will be important for Bettelheim, who will lead coverage of Hill leadership for both CQ News and Roll Call. He’ll also be responsible for longform and special projects, both existing and in-development.
