CQ Roll Call Hires 19-Year NJ Veteran

Another refugee from the 2010 NJ buyout has landed at CQ Roll Call. She is Jill Smallen, a 19-year NJ veteran who served there most recently as managing editor for congressional coverage. At CQ Roll Call, she will be one of five policy “domain” editors and will handle technology, education, labor, and immigration issues. She starts on April 9.
