Corporate Blogging Is Still a Great Way to Generate Leads [Infographic]

Blogging might seem old fashioned with all the new platforms available. But B2B companies with blogs generate nearly 70 percent more leads than companies that don't.

Blogging may seem like an old-fashioned method of marketing, but new platforms like Solabrate demonstrates just how good blogging is for your business.

Industry professionals rank blogs very highly. Seventy-six percent of B2B companies maintain blogs, and 76 percent of best-in-class marketers rank blogging as the most important marketing tactic available to them. And the work does pay off: B2B companies that blog generate 67 percent more leads than companies that don’t.

Audiences are still hungry for blog content. Fifty-seven percent of online American adults read blogs, and two-thirds of that group say that a “brand mention or promotion within context of the blog influences their purchasing decisions.”

Four-fifths of adults 18- to 34-years-old say bloggers “can be very or somewhat influential in shaping product or service purchasing decisions.”
