Congressman Takes To Twitter To... Make Passover Movie Title Puns?
With Congress off for its Passover-Easter recess, U.S. Representative Ted Deutch, a Democrat who represents southwest Palm Beach County and northwest Broward, took to Twitter.
But he wasn’t wishing his constituents a happy holiday, nor tweeting about pertinent legislation like the Supreme Court’s current deliberation over the Defense of Marriage Act.
Deutch was sending a series of tweets with the hashtag #PassoverMovieTitles. And they were exactly what that sounds like.
Apparently the 140-character Passover punning started at Deutch’s family seder, when his daughter threw out a holiday themed twist on movie titles.
