Stephen Colbert on tonight’s O’Reilly Factor, on Jon Stewart‘s “stoner” demographic:

More interesting to us, as Stewart’s quasi-demographic, were the pundits discussing the popularity of Colbert and Stewart with O’Reilly after Colbert’s segment. Bernard Goldberg‘s hypothesis:
If somehow a conservative comedian had a show on Comedy Central with one or 1.5 million viewers, the media that loves these guys wouldn’t love that conservative comedian they’d put him on the cover of Time magazine with a bulls-eye.
Oh, that and O’Reilly pointing to a still image of a bear and calling it the editor of the New York Times.
