Last week, a new conventional wisdom seemed to have emerged: it's no longer wise to hold Super Bowl ads until the actual game, if you want to win the YouTube/social media race.
But according to the top two videos on the VideoWatch/VidIQ chart, we may have been quick with that declaration. Coke's "America Is Beautiful" and Chrysler's Bob Dylan spot saw new life, generating nine and 10 million views apiece and lots of social engagement. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in a month's time.
Meanwhile, a new video from soon-to-be-public GoPro also scored last week with a whopping 11 million views for this insider look at its famous space jump.
