Ta-Nehisi Coates is joining The Atlantic as a blogger and contributing. Coates most recently wrote for The Atlantic about the audacity of Bill Cosby’s black conservatism.
Earlier this year, Coates published his childhood memoir, The Beautiful Struggle. Previously, he held staff editor positions with Time and the Village Voice. He attended Howard University and currently resides in Manhattan.
