CNN's Brianna Keilar Upped to Senior Political Correspondent

Sam Feist, CNN Washington bureau chief, announced today that  Brianna Keilar has been named CNN’s senior political correspondent. Along with reporting the top political and policy stories of the day, Keilar will serve as the lead reporter covering Hillary Clinton and the 2016 Democratic field. She will also serve as the network’s primary fill-in anchor for “The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer” at 5 p.m. ET.

Brianna is currently CNN’s senior White House correspondent. She joined the network in 2006 and previously served as a congressional correspondent.
