CNN White House correspondent Michelle Kosinski wed retired investment banker turned philanthropist Kimbell Rush Duncan Saturday at the Anderson House in Washington.
Kosinski donned a floral crown – designed by a milliner in Krakow – a Polish tradition reflecting her heritage. Female guests were all given their own floral crowns to wear throughout the night and men were greeted with their own boutonnieres.
The menu consisted of a salad of avocado and hearts of palm; Chilean sea bass with sweet corn, chanterelles, asparagus, purple sticky rice and lemongrass broth; and wedding cake with vanilla buttercream and fresh berries.
In attendance: CNN DC bureau chief Sam Feist, Wolf Blitzer and wife Lynn Blitzer, CNN’s Dana Bash and boyfriend actor Spencer Garrett, CNN’s Jim Sciutto and wife Gloria Riviera; Fox News’ Ed Henry and wife CNN’s Shirley Henry; CNN’s Brianna Keilar and Kevin Sheridan; CNN’s Lauren Pratapas and husband Brad Dayspring, NRSC strategist; CNN’s Gloria Borger, Jim Acosta, Edie Emery, Laura Bernardini, David Chalian, Jay Shaylor, Federico Quadrani, and Becky Brittain; and NBC’s Kristen Welker.
