Choire Sicha Is The New York Times' Next Styles Section Editor

And Joe Pompeo gets another scoop

In another New York Times staffing news scoop, Vanity Fair’s Joe Pompeo reports that Choire Sicha has been chosen as editor of The New York Times’ Styles section, which has been without a head since Stuart Emmrich stepped down in April.

Sicha is best know for co-founding The Awl, and has most recently served as executive director, partner development, at Vox Media. Prior to his Awl days, he held editor roles at New York Observer and Gawker.
