Porch co-founder Matt Ehrlichman recently spoke to Inc. about the future of the Web.

Data engineers joke about the media’s overuse of the term “big data,” says Ehrlichman. The term means “so many different things” and it’s a “bit cliche almost right now.”

Ehrlichman believes the idea of creating one website for everyone is outdated, and the future is about using lots of information to recreate unique and personal experiences.

“The expectation should be that every experience on the Internet is unique and relevant to you.”
