The social network’s research arm said other Facebook Hot Topics in the people category last month included Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Kate Middleton, while Instagram users discussed the death of DJ Avicii and hip-hop star Post Malone.
Mother’s Day and the Boston Marathon were hot holidays and events on Facebook, while Instagram users chatted up the race and Earth Day.
Avengers: Infinity War and Sean Hannity were entertainment Hot Topics on Facebook in April, while Khloé Kardashian and J.
