Cap File Names Kate Bennett EIC
Kate Bennett, editor-in-chief at Vegas Magazine has been named EIC of Niche Media sister publication, Capitol File. Bennett is replacing Sarah Schaffer who recently accepted the position of publisher at the same magazine.
Prior to her reign at Vegas Mag, Bennett served as Entertainment Reporter for KLAS-TV Channel 8, as a gossip columnist at the Las Vegas Sun and was once an assistant producer for MSNBC’s “Harball with Chris Matthews.”
Bennett will be the magazine’s third EIC in 15 months.
