BuzzFeed News released more details on the livestreamed morning news show it is launching on Twitter.
The social network announced during its Digital Content NewFronts presentation in May that BuzzFeed News would create a new morning news show focused on “fire tweets” and featuring reporters and special guests.
It was revealed Thursday that the show will be called AM to DM, and it will launch Sept. 25, produced and directed by BuzzFeed.
The livestream will be available free-of-charge to logged-in and logged-out Twitter users weekdays from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. ET on @BuzzFeedNews.
BuzzFeed said reporters, editors and special guests will discuss the day’s top stories, “bringing headlines from BuzzFeed News reporters all over the world: everyday Twitter heroes who have blown up on social media, giants of the entertainment industry and what they mean for your can’t-miss TV shows and movies and what exactly our elected officials are up to in Washington.”
BuzzFeed said the show will have a dedicated staff, which will be overseen by editors from BuzzFeed News.
