British Town & Country to Debut This Week

Town & Country is making its British debut this Thursday. The title — edited by Justine Picardie, editor of UK Harper’s Bazaar — will feature Downton Abbey actress Lily James on the cover. James is no Scott Eastwood, but she seems like an okay choice.

According to WWD, the James piece was written by Andrew O’Hagan. Other contributors to the first issue of British T&C include Harry Mount, Catherine Mayer and Sophie Elmhirst.

British T&C will run Brits 5.95 pounds (about $10) and be published biannually this year and quarterly in 2015.
