Brian Williams to Anchor Election Night Coverage on NBC News

brian-williams-dnc-300x168NBC News has announced its Tuesday, November 4 midterm election night coverage plans, to be led by Brian Williams.

The “NBC Nightly News” anchor will host two live primetime hours from 10-11 pm ET and later from 10-11 pm Pacific Time. The network will extend its coverage during the 11 pm ET hour online at NBCNews.com, with special reports online and in broadcast throughout the night.

Joining Williams in coverage of the evening will be “Meet the Press” moderator Chuck Todd; Andrea Mitchell; “TODAY” co-host Tamron Hall; Tom Brokaw; “Morning Joe’s” Joe Scarborough; senior White House correspondent Chris Jansing; national correspondent Peter Alexander; Capitol Hill correspondent Kelly O’Donnell; and correspondents Ron Mott and Luke Russert.
