Bowker & Vook Partner to Expand Self-Publishing Services
Bibliographic information site Bowker has teamed up with digital publishing services company Vook to make more tools available to self-published authors using MyIdentifiers.com.
Thanks to the partnership, authors using MyIdentifiers.com, will now be able to purchase Vook’s eBook production and distribution tools. This adds to the ISBN and metadata services already available on the site. Vook’s distribution network includes digital book retailers Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Apple.
“The self-publishing community is growing dramatically and we’re eager to support these authors with access to high-quality services,” explained Beat Barblan, director of Bowker Identifier Services, in a statement.
