Bonnier Promotes Todd DeBoer to CFO
Bonnier Corporation has promoted Todd DeBoer to chief financial officer. DeBoer had served as controller at the company since 2009. Prior to joining Bonnier, DeBoer had served as Thompson Publishing Group’s controller.
“Todd has shown solid financial acumen and management skills in his position as controller,” said Bonnier CEO, David Freygang, in a statement. “I am looking forward to working even more closely with him in his new role as CFO.”
DeBoer is succeeding Nancy Coalter, who retired last year.
In related news, Bonnier has promoted Romelie Encarnacion from assistant controller to controller.
