Bon Appétit’s restaurant editor Andrew Knowlton and associate restaurant editor Julia Kramer have unveiled the nominees for the coveted titled of Best New Restaurant.
“The restaurants range from a quintessential French bistro to a place that serves pretty much only hummus, an eclectic brewpub to a vodka-soaked Russian joint,” wrote Knowlton and Kramer.
Six New York spots made the list of 50, including Santina, Cosme and Mission Chinese Food.
The winner of Best New Restaurant will be announced August 18.
